New Pottery Kiln Hire

The studio kiln is now available to hire. For anyone currently making pottery at home this gives you the opportunity to have your creations fired.

There are 2 firings-

  • Bisque at 1000 degrees - £1 per 500 g

  • Stoneware Glaze at Cone 6 - £1.25 per 500 g

Collective items weighing more than 6kg will be based on a full load being capped at £12 for bisque and £15 for glaze. (As long as they fit)

N.B Bisque and glaze quantities should be calculated separately. This service is not suitable for air drying clay.
