Refund policy on workshops

General refund policy- If you wish to cancel your place on a workshop you must do so at least 10 days before it starts to receive a full refund. Cancellation must be made in writing or email. If you cancel your place less than 10 days before your workshop starts, you will only receive a refund of 50%. Alternatively you can reschedule and book onto another equivalent workshop.

Shipping across the UK

Delivery of products from Andrew Walker Ceramics is free for all orders across the UK Mainland.

This is a standard UK Delivery Service which will usually be 2 - 5 working days after your order is placed and sent out either by Royal Mail or if applicable another courier service. Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for delays due to public holidays or inclement weather conditions or busier periods in the lead up to Christmas.

Alternately you can take a look around the studio and pick-up your goods in person. Just purchase you’re item through the online shop and get in touch via the contact page to arrange a time.

Shipping International

If you are ordering from outside the UK we will be happy to quote for any international courier services available. Once confirmed; the cost will be added to the checkout section automatically for you to select. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any customs charges local to overseas countries and cannot control any courier delays once any item leaves the UK.

Returns

Please be aware that Andrew Walker Ceramics is an independent artisan business and as such encourages you consider your purchases carefully to ensure you are truly happy with any unique pieces of ceramic art you buy. If you are not happy with your purchase please get in touch within one week in order to arrange a return and refund. Due to the fact we offer free postage across the UK you will need to pay for any postage to return an item. Any items returned damaged will not receive a refund.
