New Hand Building Pottery Classes- July 2020
As the pottery studio is due to re-open on July 11th, a new range of hand building pottery classes is also being re-launched. Some of the most popular classes from 2019 will carry on along some exciting new subjects. Each class gives you an insight into working with clay and the world of hand building techniques. Ranging from taster sessions to a 6 week course:
Carved Terracotta Bowl- 2.5 hours (slab and draping)
New Kuri Nuki Style Carved Cups- 4 hours (carving and glazing)
New Wonky Plate Set- 4 hours (slab, pinching and glazing)
New Agateware Bowls- 4 hours (slab, draping and layering)
New Hand built Vase- 6 hours (coiling, moulding and glazing)
New Sphere Vase- 6 hours (slab, draping and glazing)
3 Decorative Bowls- 6 hours (slab, draping and glazing)
6 Week Intro to Hand building- 12.5 hours (slab, draping, coiling, pinching, glazing)

Please Note- Due to the current global situation all classes are running on a 1-2-1 basis or up to 4 people from the same household or ‘support bubble'. (1 class per day).
